How to book a class

  • Find a class on the timetable
  • Click Book Now and pay
  • For online classes you will be sent a link via email to join the class on Zoom
    or you can login to the website and go to your account. Click on the link on your account page.
How do online classes work?

Use any convenient device to join the class. Laptop, tablet, TV or screen , even a phone if that’s what’s available! Login via the Zoom link in your email or Yogajour account page.

Equipment

To begin, you will definitely need a mat and a quiet space. Yoga equipment can seem overwhelming especially when you dont know how to use it, so it’s not essential to buy anything strsight away. 4 Foam pads and a yoga belt are recommended and can be purchased when possible.

Technology
So long as there is Internet connection, any device is possible, the bigger the screen the more you will see but it’s not essential. Position the camera so as much as possible can be seen by the teacher.
